Welcome to the web site of The International Plastic
Modelers Society, Toronto Chapter.
We are a group of people from the
Greater Toronto (Canada) area whose common bond is the joy of
building scale plastic models. Whether you're just starting out,
have come back to the hobby after a long absence, or are an
experienced modeller, you'll find people with similar interests to
share your masterpieces and discuss plastic models and the subjects
they are based on. The subjects our members tackle are diverse,
ranging from aircraft of all era, armoured fighting vehicles,
automotive subjects, figures, ships, and space craft. Some of our
members are recognized as international masters in their areas.
Our monthly meetings
include seminars on model related subjects, door prizes, 50/50
raffle draws, and the opportunity to display your work and share
ideas with fellow modelers. We also hold a flee market twice a year
where you can sell off or buy kits, decals, books and other
supplies.
