Curtiss Sparrowhawk 1/32

Ron built this  1/32nd Williams Bros. kit but made a number of improvements like a complete scratchbuilt interior. “If you build one of those, you can call yourself a modeller”, he remarks. The kit is quite old and needs a careful eye to make the parts all line up. Automotive lacquers of his own mix were used throughout. Rigging was done with  piano wire,  filed flat.
