On the Tables for February 6, 2005

Despite a snow storm raging a few crazies went out to the meeting with armloads of models. 16 of the 20 models on the tables were finished!

Many thanks to Derek Pennington for the images!

Welcome back to Dave Nelson who produced this fabulous Lanc in 1/72.

"The pilot was Squadron Leader William Stevens, DSO, DFC, Croix de Guerre, No 427 Squadron. Bill was my wife's cousin and an usher at our wedding. He died this past summer at Kingston, Ontario. His sister, Blossom, claims he never talked about the war, except Dresden which he claimed was revenge and an unnecessary destruction of a beautiful city. The build took me four months and I really enjoyed it"
